My friend who used to work

My friend who used to work at the Art once saved a girl from getting hit by a car. She was dead wasted and tripped on the curb and crashed into the street. Nikki and her coworker grabbed her (and her purse) before she got hit by a car, figured out where she lived, and got a cab to take her home. The drunkity bitch never knew what hit (or didn't) her, nor did she ever acknowledge that Nikki et al saved her life.

Come August, we'll once again be awash in drunk, under-dressed, curb-tripping young ladies. It's one of the many benefits of living in a university town.

Luckily, I had a cohort to make sure that I didn't get smacked by a semi while posing for the picture.

I forgot who, but awhile back someone noticed that any New Yorker cartoon worked quite well with that caption "Christ, what an asshole." I feel it works here, too.
