I've been talking about this artificial meat to anyone that would listen for a while now and about how they exercise in by running current through a sheet of it or changing the temperature of pellets... I was terribly saddened when your segment effectively communicated all the pertinent points... including the one that its so incredibly effective. Screw your cheeseburger. I watched it this AM. Nice work, Win. Definitely piqued my interest about the idea of artificiburgs. And on a side note -- Rudy Jaenisch (the researcher from the stem cell report) is friends with my boss, and we may end up collaborating with him, if I can isolate the stem cells in my tumors.
